Croes_Consultants is your partner for advice in the areas of management, ICT and legal matters for over 15 years. Our core business focusses on business and process optimization as coaching start-ups, strategic organisational advice, managing and completion of stalled projects, upgrading of network performances, relocation of resources and organisation scans. Our clients include large organisations such as triple play providers as well as entrepreneurs in SMEs.
 
We're solution thinkers, straight forward, hands-on, back to the essentials! We managed to build up and improve a lot of organisations and departments into (cost)effective units driven by enthusiastic teams. For this we use as much as possible the original teams, as these contain the people who have to continue the success after the major project will be completed. So you will not only get an more effective unit, our way of working also saves you lots of money.

Croes Consultants - the founder

Roel_Croes LL.M. advises companies in business and process optimization, with a focus on ICT, sustainability, legal affairs and innovation. He worked for among others various triple play organizations. He is also a speaker, trainer and (guest) lecturer in higher education. Croes studied notarial and Dutch law at Radboud University Nijmegen.

Roel Croes is also co-founder of GreenICT - Foundation for sustainability in the information and communication technology (Stichting GreenICT). In addition to his participation in various ICT advisory committees for (scientific) technology research, he initiates ICT related scientific research projects in the field of ICT and sustainability.

Voor een internationale triple play provider te Schiphol-Rijk: interimmanagement ten behoeve van:

• een volledige opschoning van het consumentenmarkt telefonienetwerk zowel hardware als softwarematig inclusief documentatie, resulterend in een afname van het aantal lost calls van 90 procent van het initiële aantal.
• optimalisatie van afstemming netwerktechnologie en billingsystemen, mede met betrekking tot interconnectieproblematiek.

 
Voor een internationale triple play provider te Den Haag: projectmanagement ten behoeve van:

• implementatie Baan ERP systeem. Opbouwen en monitoring van een volledige supply chain inclusief invoicing, distribution-, sales statistics/data, sales order management en sales control.

 
Voor een internationale triple play provider te Amsterdam: interimmanagement ten behoeve van:

• een grondige opschoning van het consumentenmarkt internetnetwerk.
• Procesmanagement: coördinatie en monitoring van (de procedures van) de netwerkservices lijnafdelingen voor optimalisering van onderlinge samenwerking.
• Stroomlijnen van processen binnen een ITIL omgeving.

• managen productie en levering glasvezelverbindingen.
• Marketing fiber backbone-producten. Opstellen services en productportfolio.
• Adviseren klanten op de carrier for carrier markt en het verzorgen van productpresentaties.

Voor een internationale triple play provider te Amsterdam: projectmanagement uitrol DTV netwerk:

• realisatie digital head end inclusief large vendor management.
• Implementatie van multi vendor platforms inclusief de nationale headends, de regionale head ends en de bijbehorende monitoringsapparatuur voor het netwerk management centrum, DTOC.

 
Voor een grote internationale leverancier van data(base) en document management diensten te Den Haag: productmanagement Database Services:

• begeleiding (juridische) ontkoppeling KPN Telecom- en PTT Post-bestanden.
• onderzoek naar effect WPR en invoering WBP op direct marketing activiteiten.

Voor een internationale triple play provider te Amsterdam: strategisch advies waaronder:
